2.Moulding processing:waterglass sand.
3.Melting facilities:medium frequency induction electric furnace or electric arc furnace.
4.Casting Inspection:direct-reading spectrum instrument,metallographic analysis,ultrasonic inspection,magnetic particle inspection,mechanical properties inspection.
5.Heat treatment facilities:heatign oven, induction electric furnace/quenching and tempering equipments.
6.Surface treatment:shot blast cleaning.
7.Industrial categories: compactor,excavator,shredder,jaw or cone crusher,ball mill machine,hammer mill,dredging vessel,construction engineering machines.
8. Part Unit weight range: from 1.0kg up to 5000kgs.
